Neighbourhood Manager

Our client, based in Kent, is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is proud to have over 50 years’ experience in the social housing sector, providing award-winning campaigns to over 3,000 people in the country.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis, offering an annual salary of £42,154.88.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector as a Housing Manager, however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Lead the Housing Services team to develop and deliver services that provide a brilliant customer experience in their patch
• Support and supervise the Neighbourhood team to effectively and efficiently manage rent and service charge income, arrears, monitoring targets relating to arrears and management and generally, ensuring minimal loss of income to the association
• Contribute to the development of policies and practices, attend and lead meetings and liaise with external providers
• Remain visible to tenants and staff, complete regular visits
• Supervise Anti-Social Behavior and safeguarding cases
• Participate in the annual budget setting process and ensure housing management budgets are managed in accordance with delegated authority and the association’s policies and procedures

Skills and Experience:

• Housing management experience
• Experience using CRM
• Enhanced DBS
• Driving license ESSENTIAL

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
