We are delighted to be representing a Housing Association, based in Buckinghamshire, who are looking to appoint a new Neighbourhood Assistant on a temporary six week on going contract.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (2 days home working), once a training period has been competed, with a rate of pay negotiable based on experience.

The client is looking for someone with a strong understanding of Social Housing and proficient IT skills.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing general administration tasks for the Neighbourhood Team

• Speaking to tenants regarding appointments and visits

• Booking in visits with tenants on behalf of the Neighbourhood Officers

• Responsible for organizing and raising purchase orders

• Acting as a first point of contacts for tenants contacting the service

• Responsible for managing and organizing incoming post, with the occasional expectation of letter writing

Experience required:

• Experienced in the Social Housing sector

• Have a strong administration background with up-to-date knowledge on It systems such as Microsoft
