​Our client, based in North Somerset is currently recruiting for two Multi-Trade Operatives on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for the role is £32,796 per annum, which comes with a company van and fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ in a core trade such as Carpentry or Plumbing, as well as experience in a secondary trade. Recent Social Housing experience id desirable.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing repair works on domestic properties in and around North Somerset and Bristol, utilising various trades such as

• Carpentry

• Plumbing

• Tiling

• Plastering

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with trade standards and safe working practices

• Liaising with customers and providing updates on works being carried out

• Covering an out of hours rota as appropriate

• Taking part in toolbox talks and 121s

Experience required:

• Social Housing Experience - Desirable

• An NVQ in a core trade such as Carpentry or Plumbing

• A Full UK Driving License
