​We are currently partnering with a Social Housing provider, who are recruiting four Multi-Trade Operatives to join their growing team based in Wiltshire on a permanent basis.

Our client is looking to provide and efficient and effective maintenance service, and are looking for a range of skillsets to complement their team.

This is a full time role, due to start in February 2023, with a salary of circa £36k, as well as a van provided and an extensive benefits package.

Roles Available are:

• Multi-Trade Operative with a Plumbing bias

• Multi-Trade Operative with a Carpentry bias

• Carpenter – Responsive Maintenance

• Plumber

Duties include but not limited to:

• Complete works related to UPVC windows, locks and doors

• Replace and repair sinks, showers and taps

• Install doors, skirting and architrave

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
