Job description

Our client, based in West London, is currently recruiting for a Management Assistant on a permanent basis. Our client is an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering projects throughout the UK and Europe.

 

 

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary rate is up to £31,000 per annum dependent upon experience for this position.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and be capable of linking spreadsheets, graphical reports, lookup formulae and analysis.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the Building Surveying Team (16 staff members) and completing a variety of administration and management tasks across a diverse array of projects

  • Liaising with Surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out

  • Managing documentation – logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel

  • Attending sites, internal and external meetings to produce concise minutes

  • Preparing monthly invoicing schedules, maintaining monthly invoice reports and drafting invoices

  • Arranging and coordinating meetings/events/lunches/workshops

  • Providing overflow support to other teams where necessary

 

Experience required:

  • Experience is not vital for this role but experience working in professional services is desirable

 

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Advanced Excel skills and be capable of linking spreadsheets, graphical reports, lookup formulae and analysis

  • Sound MS Office knowledge and experience including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Capacity to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00 - 17:30

  • Friday, 9:00 - 16:30
