​We are currently partnering with a leading Charity based in North London, who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their growing team on a three-month ongoing basis.

This is a full-time position offering a hybrid working set up, with the successful candidate required to be on site two days per week. Please note that the daily rate that is negotiable dependant on experience.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Working closely with the Assistant Director of Finance with the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting for the group and subsidary, £18million budget

  • Supporting and guiding budget holders and senior managers in their financial management responsibilities, which include the preparation and management of phased budgets

  • Providing analysis and insight to the monthly management accounts

  • Assisting with quarterly reforecasts of the projected financial out-turn versus budget which includes monitoring of capital expenditure, project expenditure and restricted funds

  • Meet the needs of internal stakeholders through the development of customer focussed approach and activities

  • Preparing ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to support internal customers in their understanding of the key drivers of performance

  • Assist with month end reporting and reconciliations as required

Experience required:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Will ideally be QBE, part-qualified, qualified Accountant

  • Experience working throughout the Charity sector is strongly desired

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

  • Hybrid working set up: required on site Tuesday and one other day
