Lawyer – Planning

We are currently working with a Devon based Local Authority who are looking to recruit for a Locum Planning Lawyer on an initial three month assignment.

The role can be flexible in hours worked, and is also complete remote working.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Providing advice to clients in relation to planning applications
• Attending licensing and planning committees
• Representing the council in court at planning appeals
• Dealing with breaches in planning enforcement notes

Experience required:

• Working in local government
• Handling planning applications

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible working pattern
• Complete home working
