Job description
We are currently looking for a HR Shared Services Advisor to support a large, national organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is a full-time position, offering hybrid working and a salary of up to £30,000.
Our client is looking for candidates with experience working within a busy HR team, with a strong knowledge of operational HR services.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Acting as first point of contact for HR related queries
Leading on onboarding and pre-employment checks for new starters
Assisting with offboarding for leavers ensuring compliance with GDPR
Managing employee lifecycle including issuing contracts and offer letters
Supporting and guiding managers on HR policies and procedures
Experience required:
CIPD qualified
Knowledge of operational HR services
Fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of queries

25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
