Job description

We are currently looking for a HR Shared Services Advisor to support a large, national organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role is a full-time position, offering hybrid working and a salary of up to £30,000.

Our client is looking for candidates with experience working within a busy HR team, with a strong knowledge of operational HR services.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as first point of contact for HR related queries

  • Leading on onboarding and pre-employment checks for new starters

  • Assisting with offboarding for leavers ensuring compliance with GDPR

  • Managing employee lifecycle including issuing contracts and offer letters

  • Supporting and guiding managers on HR policies and procedures

Experience required:

  • CIPD qualified

  • Knowledge of operational HR services

  • Fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of queries

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
