Job description

We are currently working in partnership with an internationally recognised musical performance organisation based in Central London, who are recruiting for a HR Officer on a 6-month FTC. The position is due to start in early October. The salary for the position is £30,000 per annum plus organisational benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple HR related systems where they have amended and maintained the databases. Along with this they will have a strong knowledge of updating job descriptions to show the evolution of roles to potential candidates.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Establishing an organisation wide job description database, including sourcing, reviewing and updating current job descriptions

  • Assisting with the HR Benchmarking project as part of the wider Reward Strategy

  • Liaising with Executive Directors and Senior Managers on updating job descriptions as needed

  • Supporting the HR team with the implementation of the new Workforce

  • Overseeing the management system, including reviewing job families and cleaning data ready for migration

  • Supporting the HR Services and Data team with updating the current HR database and employee records

  • Assisting the HR Recruitment team on an ad hoc basis as and when required

  • Working with HR Business Partners, HR Managers and Director of Human Resources with all other HR related duties and projects as required

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Sound knowledge of HR systems

  • Evaluation of job descriptions

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
