Job description
Our client, an educational body based in North West London/ Middlesex, is currently recruiting for a HR Manager on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and is offering four days per week remote working. The salary for this position is £46,106 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have strong systems implementation experience and pensions knowledge.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Overseeing, coaching and supporting managers with performance management and providing guidance and oversight on complex employee relations issues
Providing advice, guide and support staff and managers on all HR disciplines and policies to drive effective HR practices
Overseeing the pensions scheme and advising where necessary
Supporting on transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the organisation’s ethos, values and approach are upheld
Managing the implementation of new systems to ensure HR information, policies and procedures are properly managed and implemented
Assisting in the development of organisation-wide recruitment and selection strategies and oversee the implementation of the recruitment module, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Strong experience managing a high caseload of a variety of ER cases
Previous line management experience
HR system implementation experience
Education sector experience (desirable)

37.5 hours per week
