Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a charity, based in central London, who are recruiting for a HR Change Manager on a temporary contract for a duration of 1-2years. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependant on experience.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual who is able to collaborate efficiently in a team with a determined approach to the improvement of people development.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Identifying and planning key actions and activities in line with change management timeline
Providing supportive information and advice consistent with best practice and compliance with policy and UK legislation
Managing and supporting affected staff during the consultation process
Overseeing and implementing the restructure of the organisations programmes
Carrying out job evaluations and reviewing pay and grading systems to ensure parity and equity as required
Partner with Directorates to design and deliver their people change plans, including developing job roles and responsibilities
Experience required:
In depth experience of developing and implementing compliant and empathetic change management programmes in line with organisational values
Experienced in analysing data, writing reports and producing communications and presentations regarding people management, the change journey and delivery of change/transformation programmes
End to end people change management experience including handling and resolution of complex employee relations case
Understanding of employment legislation and employment rights with experience and knowledge of how to organise and ensure compliant change programmes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Substantial and clear understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practice
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to influence others and drive successful change outcomes
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Working hours:
35 hours per week
3 days working from home
