Job description

Our client, based in Leeds, is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis who will be responsible for managing and delivering, in partnership with all Head of Departments across the firm, the people agenda as defined by the company.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Work to support head of HRBP to deliver on key management/operational work which provides a strong performance culture.

  • Responsible for covering complex ER matters to ensure these are managed commercially and effectively within policy

  • Ensure that the business remains compliant at all times (from a HR/people process perspective)

  • Work in partnership with SMRT to deliver resource plan for all areas of the business

  • Responsible for the analysis of HR data to recommend to Head of BP key trends

  • Coach and support all HR Advisors with ER matters in partnership with HRM

  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management

  • Support with development and implementation of the People Plans for each area and continue to support to ensure that they remain a key management tool
