HR Business Partner

Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. Our client is a prestigious and well-known public sector organisation.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is £37,210 – £41,479 per annum and offers hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations and recruitment experience.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Support the design, delivery and evaluation of the HR strategy
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the strategic and operational people issues in the relevant business area and work proactively with managers to support the delivery of local plans
  • Analyse and interpret relevant HR management information and present to senior managers and leaders within the relevant business area to enable good decision making
  • Lead the development of Human Resources policies and procedures and ensure policies and procedures remain up to date and relevant in line with legislative and organisational requirements, as well as with best practice. Monitor compliance with those policies and procedures.
  • Provide formal and informal coaching in the application of relevant HR policies and procedures to managers and other members of the HR team

 

Experience required:

  • Advising on ER casework
  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong strategic mindset

Working hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday 9am-5:15pm
