Job description

Our client, based in Redditch, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary ranges from £45,000 - £50,000 depending on candidate’s experience. The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days working from home.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two yearsexperience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

    Partnering with specific business areas and functions at all levels

    Managing employee relations to ensure legislative compliance and best practice

    Developing and implementing initiatives to drive retention and engagement strategies, covering Health and Wellbeing and EDI

    Coaching managers to support their development in capability and behaviours in alignment with company vision and values

    Supporting the development of a Reward and Recognition proposition

    Work with Senior Leadership teams to embed a high-performance culture within the organisation

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

    CIPD qualified

    Extensive ER and organisational development experience

    Experience of leading and delivering projects

    Results driven, with credible judgement and decision making

    Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business

Working hours:

    37 hours per week

    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
