Job description
Our client, based in Redditch, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary ranges from £45,000 - £50,000 depending on candidate’s experience. The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days working from home.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
• Partnering with specific business areas and functions at all levels
• Managing employee relations to ensure legislative compliance and best practice
• Developing and implementing initiatives to drive retention and engagement strategies, covering Health and Wellbeing and EDI
• Coaching managers to support their development in capability and behaviours in alignment with company vision and values
• Supporting the development of a Reward and Recognition proposition
• Work with Senior Leadership teams to embed a high-performance culture within the organisation
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
• CIPD qualified
• Extensive ER and organisational development experience
• Experience of leading and delivering projects
• Results driven, with credible judgement and decision making
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business
Working hours:
• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
