Job description

Our client, based in South East London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a temporary contract for nine months. Our client is a leading Housing Association

 

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The daily rate is £260.10 via an umbrella company.

 

The ideal candidate will have HR Business Partnering experience within the public sector and be CIPD qualified.

 

Duties will include (but not limited to):

    Support organisations objectives by providing high quality HR guidance and support to stakeholders through developing and progressing people management solutions

    Ensure that all relevant legislative requirements, including those relating to equality and diversity are embedded in the development of project work and policy work

    Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions within the organisation

    Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices (including management of change issues) and provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues

    Act as a change agent in managing organisational change where this relates to HR related activities e.g. restructures, collective consultation etc.

    Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management

    Assist the HR Operations Manager and Head of People in the direction of the service and to assess the impact of major policy and legislative changes

    Responsible for maintaing and making improvements to all HR processes and systems

 

Experience required:

    CIPD Level 5 or plus

    Change/ TUPE/ Restructure experience

    Flexible hours

    Working from home (up to four days per week WFH)

 

Working hours:

    36 hours per week

    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
