Job description
Our client, a multi-site organization operating across the Midlands, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The role will require travel between sites across the West Midlands, and occasionally up to the North-West, with the opportunity to work from home as well.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary ranges between £40,000 and £50,000, dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, hold a full UK driving license, and be willing to travel between sites.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
• Advising, coaching and guiding managers on employee relations cases
• Reviewing processes and policies, ensuring they are effective and all managers are compliant
• Supporting managers with recruitment
• Assisting with the delivery of change management projects, such as TUPE, redundancy and succession planning
• Analysing, recognising and reporting patterns of interest in all areas of HR, such as the labour market, new starters, exit surveys, etc.
Experience required:
• CIPD qualified
• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience working as a HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of employment law
• Experience supporting on a range of projects

Working hours:
• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm core hours – willing to be flexible
