Our client, based in Oxfordshire and a leader in the Education sector, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) on a permanent basis. Our client are proud to be a leading family friendly employer and offer a wide range of attractive benefits.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis and the salary is between £40,000 and £50,000, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have extensive skills in employee relations and a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice.
