We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Redditch, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of £31,753, increasing to £34,394, and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing end-to-end employee relations cases, including sickness absence, performance and probation
• Advising and guiding managers on HR policies and processes
• Leading on recruitment, including advertising roles, attending interviews and onboarding, ensuring practices are in line with safer recruitment guidelines
• Maintaining the HR system and single central record
• Supporting managers through restructure and redundancy processes, interacting with staff and union reps when necessary

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• CIPD L5 qualified
• Experience of providing advice and support to Managers on a range of HR issues, particularly ER cases
• Has a current UK driving license and access to own vehicle
