We are currently working with forward thinking and dynamic organisation based in Bolton, who are currently looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on an initial 12 month FTC.

This is a full time, mainly remote opportunity, and the salary banding is £38,500 - £43,684.

​

Daily duties:

​

• Handling a varied ER caseload covering (but not limited to) disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and sickness

• Working on any change management projects, including TUPE, restructuring and redundancies

• Coaching and guiding line managers on the handling of ER issues and enforcement of HR policy

• Ensuring all operations adhered to policies, procedures and employment law

• Maintaining positive relationships with Trade Union representatives

• Preparing information for hearings, and writing reports

• Working on a wide range of generalist HR operations and projects including recruitment, wellbeing, reward and job design

• Monday – Friday

• 36 hours

• Flexible working (office open 7.00am – 7.00pm)

• Mainly remote, monthly teams meetings and office attendance as required
