We are currently working with a Coventry based Education body who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on an initial 3 month temp basis.

The role will be 4 days a week in the office, 1 day working from home, and the hourly rate will be the equivalent of £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE).

​

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Handling a full ER caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, sickness, capability and performance management

• Supporting line managers with recruitment campaigns, advising and assisting with advertising, shortlisting and interviewing

• Coaching operational managers and leaders in the effective delivery of people management policies

• Reviewing HR KPIs and metrics, preparing data and reports for various board meetings

• Providing support to the wider HR team on HR and payroll operations and processes

• Offering guidance to line managers on talent management and supporting with development opportunities for employees

Experience / knowledge required:

• Full generalist skillset

• Comfortable attending face to face meetings with stakeholders of varying levels

• Strong IT and excel skills

​

Working pattern:

• 37 hours pw

• Flexible working hours(office open from 8.00am – 6.00pm)

• Monday – Friday

• 1 day pw WFH
