We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £26,421 to £28,770 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting as the first point of contact for all Central Team HR related enquiries

• Providing HR admin support at formal meetings e.g., drafting invite letters, taking minutes

• Coordinating all administration relating to the recruitment, selection, and retention processes

• Preparing and organising induction packs, and issuing offer letters and contracts

• Scheduling probationary review meetings and necessary annual reviews

• Aiding with the preparation and issuing of documentation of all absence management and welfare meetings

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Proven HR generalist experience

• Able to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and colleagues

• Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and integrity at all times

• Knowledge of recruitment processes
