Our client, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor (Employee Relations) on a temporary contract for three months. Our client is a leading Facilities Management organisation that delivers services to over 1500 locations.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading on complex employee relations casework.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Handle a variance of ER cases including but not limited to disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management
* Manage a total of 20-25 cases at one given time ranging in case complexity
* Hold experience of handling a heavy ER case load and provide advice to line management
* Employee Relations
