​Our client, based in Surrey/ West London, is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis (office based).

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising on a range of employee relations casework.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

·         Acting as HR representative in disciplinary and grievance meetings

·         Providing support to the HRBP Operations and HR Director on union negotiations

·         Providing guidance and support to managers on all employee relations issues

·         Working with recruiting managers to understand their requirements and advise on recruitment methods, assisting with interviews as required

·         In conjunction with the HR Shared Services team, monitor sickness absence, provide practical guidance and support to managers on absence management, whilst ensuring they adhere to the sickness absence guidelines

·         Assisting the HRBP Operations with developing and implementing training interventions

·         Working with the business and the HR team to identify potential improvements in HR processes and procedures

Experience required:

·         Knowledge of employment law

·         Advising on complex ER casework
