​Our client, based in Hertfordshire, is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum and offering generous benefits. The role is offering 3 days working from per week.

​

​

The ideal candidate will have experience within the education or not-for-profit sector and hold a CIPD qualification.

​

​

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Provide HR advice and support customers on the practical application of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation

Ensuring that cases and queries are dealt with in a timely manner and with a pragmatic and solution approach

Support a personal case load through to resolution, minimising exposure where possible to employment tribunals

Work with Senior HR Advisors and HR Managers on more complex queries and cases

Maintain HR Case management tracking system

Work with the specialist HR and Recruitment teams to support deliver of HR products and services

Experience required:

CIPD level 3 qualified

​

​

37 hours per week
