We are currently working with a global manufacturing firm who are looking for a HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC to be based out of their Ellesmere Port site.

The role is a full-time site-based position, and is due to start as soon as possible.

​

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for dealing with all day-to-day HR issues and any policy queries

• Providing HR policy guidance to the management team and employees
  Dealing with short- and long-term absence, liaising with Occupational Health to support with return to work

• Managing the Occupational Health contract

• Supporting and providing advice on employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances

• Facilitating monthly meetings to support with training needs and succession planning

• Managing the recruitment and selection process for all vacancies

• Attending consultation meetings with Trade Unions as required

Experience/skills required:

• Operational HR experience

• Able to work as part of a team

• IT literature

• Good problem-solving skills

Working hours:

• 5 days working week

• Monday – Thursday: 07.30 – 16.20

• Friday: 07.00 – 11.00
