Job description

We are working with a large catering company with a national presence, who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team in Worcester on a full time (37.5 hours) permanent basis.

They are looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills and at least 1-2 years’ experience working within a HR team, and are offering a salary up to £25,000 with 2 days per week working from home.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Acting as a first point of contact for any HR queries, triaging and escalating employment queries

  • Providing support covering the whole employee life-cycle

  • Completing HR Administration tasks, such as: processing new starters, checking returns of Right to Work, DBS and references for all new hires, salary changes and terminations, including offer letters, contracts of employment, amendment to contracts and leaver

  • Assisting the HR Services Manager and wider HR team with HR projects

  • Building effective working relationships across the business

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times

  • Be flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach

  • Customer focused with excellent service skill
