Our client, based in West Sussex, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a 4-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Tenancy Management and also have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of properties across the West Sussex region

• Dealing with medium to low level ASB

• Monitoring tenants rent accounts and chase tenants rent arrears

• Signposting customers to additional support providers ​

• Dealing with general estate and tenancy management

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
