We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the North West, who are recruiting for a fully remote Housing Officer on a temporary three-month contract that has potential to go permanent. The position is due to start immediately, on a full-time basis. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependant on experience in the Housing Management field.

The ideal candidate will have used the Pyramid system previously, have an enhanced DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Housing Management duties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring and managing the rent arrears of a patch of around 20 properties (various units within)

• Assisting both general needs clients but also vulnerable adults with a range of needs

• Working with Tenancy Support Officers to help avoid rental arrear issues with residents

• Managing the lettings of these properties and chasing any arrears as well as handling former tenant arrears

• Providing some basic support duties to residents including signposting to the relevant teams if any concerns are noted

• Serving NOSP’s and NTQ’s, and preparing court paperwork

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experienced in Housing Management
