Job description

Our client is a reputable and established Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are currently recruiting for the exiting opportunity of a Housing Officer on a permanent basis. This role is offering a salary of £30,210.

The client is looking to interview over teams on Tuesday 7th November so to apply for this role you need to be available for this day.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing your own patch and carrying out all aspects of tenancy management

  • Being responsible for allocations and lettings

  • Carrying out anti-social behaviour casework and resolving domestic abuse and harassment cases

  • Being responsible for safeguarding and tenancy support including tenancy and estate management

  • Completing tenancy changes/mutual exchanges/succession and assignment/left in occupancy

  • Investigating tenancy fraud cases

  • Carrying out the collection of rent and setting up payment plans for residents

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing

  • Experience working with tenants within housing

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm/10am-5pm
