We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based near Tottenham, who are recruiting for a Homeownership Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position is due to start immediately. The annual salary is £43,082.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in Homeownership.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing day to day functions of homeownership services and transactions- resales and staircasing, remortgage application

• Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, estate agents involved in property transactions

• Managing applications for repossessions

• Processing requests for Landlord Certificates under the Building Safety Act

Experience required:

• Two years of experience in homeownership

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong knowledge of homeownership and leasehold services

• Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and compliance
