Health & Safety Administrator

Our client, based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Administrator on a temporary contract for seven months. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Complete additional administration tasks to support the wider department with project milestones as and when required including scanning and filing
• Entering 11 event types reports from the current business reporting system into Eco-online
• Monitoring standard of data and information. Based on 2021 data – est. 1800 records
• Supporting the project co-ordinator to deliver milestones within the roll out plan
• Supporting the HSSE Officer in inputting monthly statistical data into the system
• Complete all department administration

Experience/Skills required:

• Experience within a similar administrative based role
• Experience and knowledge of Health & Safety
• Full UK Driving Licence

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
