Our client, a leading educational body based in Berkshire, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Operations on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis and the salary is circa £43,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience and experience working within the education sector.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
*Oversee the implementation, management and delivery of HR systems, liaising with internal and external contacts as appropriate
*Develop and maintain effective HR management information reports, and establish a regular cycle of reporting to relevant forums
*Lead and manage the HR team, maintaining an overview of workload and ensuring that ER caseload is allocated appropriately, taking on more complex caseload when required
*Oversee the maintenance of the College Single Central Record, ensuring that Safeguarding processes are adhered
*Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, including change management processes
*Deliver HR training sessions to managers ensuring that the training delivered is in line with legislation and organisation policies
*Contribute to the review and implementation of policies and procedures across the department and the organisation
* Experience in a Human Resources management role
* Proven experience of dealing with employee relations
* Previous experience with HR systems
* Up to date knowledge of employment law
