We are delighted to be representing a leading Social Housing provider, who are looking to appoint a Governance Officer on a fixed term contract basis for six months initially.

This will be a full-time position, offering fully remote working, and a salary in the region of £32,000 per annum.

The client is looking to recruit a dynamic individual, with skills in corporate governance and an innovative approach.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and the business, in regards to Governance queries and activities

• Handling arrangements for Boards meetings, committees and panels, including attending meetings to record/take minutes
  Responsible for fulfilling statutory requirements under Data Protection legislation

• Reviewing documentation which supported the Governance, Risk & Assurance framework and its communication to the business

• Completing regulatory returns and maintaining governance records and registers

• Researching and drafting written proposals on governance processes, policy reviews and other matters

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday – Friday

• Flexible working patterns available
