Our client, based in Westminster, is currently recruiting for a Fees Department Customer Support Administrator on a permanent basis. Our client is a prestigious schools’ group with a long standing history of providing quality education across London and the UK.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
A customer-facing role that will respond to enquiries and provide customer service to all GDST
parents on behalf of the Fees Department, while supporting both the Administrative team and Bursary Departments at peak times.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in Administration, and be someone who can grasp an opportunity to independently work between multiple departments and evaluate practices to develop creative solutions moving forward.
Including variety, the role also has extensive scope for personal prosperity and variety for a candidate with methodological thinking and execution.
