Job description

Our client, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. Our client is a prestigious and award-winning public institution.

 

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working at C-Suite level.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing a very full and complex diary

  • Handling initial sensitive communication and engagement with other senior and high-profile external contacts

  • Screening, prioritising and dealing appropriately with telephone calls, post and email communication

  • Organising travel arrangements and ensuring itineraries are prepared/communicated

  • Taking minutes during meetings

  • Proactively organising and managing the day-to-day running and office administration

  • Providing high level, high-quality administrative support involving management of a complex and challenging schedule, supporting in delivering objectives, meeting deadlines and KPI’s

  • Proactively and effectively managing devolved budgets

  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team, Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to co-ordinate business planning processes and other key projects and processes ensuring that problems are identified early and brought to the attention of the appropriate staff and managers

 

Experience required:

  • C-Suite experience

Working hours:

  • 36 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
