Job description

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a utilities contractor, on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (will vary week to week), and a salary of up to £35,000 (dependent on experience).

As you will be working closely with the CEO, you will need to be professional, determined and have previous experience providing executive assistance to senior managers.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing a professional and comprehensive executive support service to the Chief Executive
  • Arranging meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, issuing notices and following up points of action
  • Producing high quality minutes from senior level board meetings
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, acting as the key point of communication between governors and the executive team
  • Maintaining registers of members and directors

Experience required:

  • Previous experience supporting at Board Level
  • Minute Taking
  • Diary Management
  • Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working hours:

    • 40 hours per week
    • Monday - Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm / 9.00am – 5.00pm
