Job description
We are currently working with leading Housing Association who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO, Board and Finance Director on a 3 month temporary contract.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours), and would be on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week from their head office in Aylesbury and 3 days a week from home.
They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and are able to offer an hourly rate equivalent to £40-45k, depending on experience.
You will need to have extensive experience supporting at board level and be comfortable managing multiple diaries and high-level minute taking.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing a professional and comprehensive executive support service to the Chief Executive and Finance & Resources Functions, the Executive Management Team and Board
Managing the CEO’s and Finance Director’s diary, including the organisation of meetings and conferences and arrangement of all associated actions
Preparing agendas, papers and minutes for Board and Committee meetings
Managing correspondence acting as a gatekeeper for the Chief Executive and Finance Director
Acting as the first point of contact for board members, providing assistance and resolving queries
Preparing documentation and presentations for the Chief Executive and Finance & Resources functions for the relevant Boards and Committees as required
Organising and managing corporate projects, corporate events and functions including board away days and events
Experience required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience within an Executive Support role
Previous experience supporting at Board Level

Minute Taking
Diary Management
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm – some evening work required for key meetings
