We are currently working with a public sector body who are one of the largest employers in the Manchester area, who are looking to appoint an ER Specialist on a full time permanent basis.

This is a hybrid position (2/3 days working from home) and the salary is £37,241.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Providing complex ER casework support to line managers covering a head count of approx. 1,500 employees

• Dealing with a varied caseload covering disciplinaries, grievances, absence, sickness, performance management, capability and sexual harassment

• Following a TUPE, supporting employees with harmonisations of T&Cs and any cultural change issues that may come arise

• Leading on investigations and chairing mediation meetings

• Liaising with Trade Unions as and when required when successfully dealing with mediations

• 35 hours pw

• Flexible working (office open from 8.00am – 7.00pm)
