We are currently partnering with a leading property services business that offers heating, electrical, construction and complianceservices to clients across the UK.

Our client is currently looking for an Electrician to join them initially on a temporary basis with the role becoming permanent after 12 weeks.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £20-£22 and a salary of £36,750.00 per annum with an OTE of up to £45,000 once permanent. The start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Reporting faulty appliances, installations or equipment which do not meet safety regulations

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly using any safety devices and practices

• Carrying out all aspects of electrical works

• Tracing, diagnosing and rectify faults

• Carrying out routine safety checks and programmed maintenance and servicing

• Repairing and replacing electrical fittings

Experience required:

• 18th edition

• Gold card

• Experience in social housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Full Uk driving licence
