We are currently working in partnership with a small charity based in Ellesmere Port, who are recruiting for a Domestic Abuse Team Lead on a permanent contract. The position is contracted to 32 hours, with potential to increase to 36 hours (FT).

Current salary for this position is £28,444 per annum (which would increase with increased hours). 

The ideal candidate will have an enhanced basic DBS certificate on the update service, management experience in the Support Sector and knowledge of Domestic Abuse.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Produce accurate monthly reports for the Operations Manager, including data analysis, impact, outcomes, and SWOT analysis

• Assess risks relating to services and service users, complete and regularly review risk management plans

• Ensure the service is central to multi-agency working and recognised as a key partner in local delivery

• Represent the service at local meetings e.g. MARAC

Experience required:

• Experience required in Supported Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing
