Our client, a forward thinking public sector organisation based in London, is currently recruiting for a Digital Innovation and Business Manager on a permanent basis.

Duties will include (but not limited to):
*Leading on ICT procurements, being able to spec, evaluate, go through procurement processes, familiar with frameworks.
*Contract Management – performance, escalation, dispute resolution etc.
*Oversight of ICT Programme/ Projects. – Improving project processes and project delivery.
*Heading a team of Business Partners being responsible for business engagement/ relationships.
*Managing solutions and projects lifecycle from initial business engagement through design, implementation and transition to operations.
*Being a contributor to ICT strategy, policy and innovation.
*Approval of purchase orders and monitoring of finances.
*When required, lead severity one incident management.
The successful candidate will be a proven manager, calm under pressure, ITIL qualified, wide local government exposure, experienced in ICT procurement, project management expertise and an excellent communicator/ negotiator.
