Damp & Mould Repairs Scheduler
Job description
We are proud to be partnering with a leading local authority in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Damp and Mould Repairs Scheduler on a 9-month contract.
This will be a full-time position offering a rate of £18 per hour on an umbrella basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and scheduling skills, with experience coordinating repairs, liaising with contractors and residents, and managing works through to completion.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Coordinating and scheduling damp and mould inspections, repairs and remedial works across residential properties
Liaising with residents, contractors and internal teams to arrange appointments and ensure works are completed within agreed timescales
Monitoring incoming damp and mould reports, prioritising urgent cases and allocating work orders to the appropriate contractors
Maintaining accurate records of inspections, repairs, appointments and outcomes on internal systems
Tracking outstanding works and following up with contractors to ensure jobs are progressing and completed to the required standards
Providing regular updates to residents and internal stakeholders, addressing queries and escalating any delays or complex cases where required
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
