Customer Services Officer

Our client, based in Gloucestershire, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Officer on a temporary to permanent basis. Our client is a Housing Association that provides affordable, quality housing and services to its communities

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Take incoming calls from social housing tenants regarding a variety of issues, including repairs and housing management issues
  • Process repairs requests and liaise with the maintenance teams to arrange appointments
  • Signpost tenants to various services in relation to issues of anti-social behavior, homelessness, tenancy management & housing options
  • Transfer calls to relevant departments
  • Update, monitor and utilize the housing management system, QL
  • Pass on complaints to management teams as required

 

Experience required:

  • Customer Service experience
  • IT knowledge

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hours follow a rota’d shift pattern: 8am-4pm. 8:30am – 4:30pm, 9am – 5pm
