Job description

We're working with a reputable Housing Association to find a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work within their Wolverhampton-based contact centre 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9-5).

This is a temporary role until the end of March 2023 with potential permanent opportunities at the end of the contract. The temporary hourly rate of pay can be up to £15.25 per hour via an umbrella company and the permanent salary for this role is £20,783, with potential to rise to £22,710

Due to the nature of the client base, the client is looking for someone who is empathetic and can communicate clearly with potentially vulnerable tenants.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Responsible for taking inbound calls to the service from tenants in relation to damp and mould issues in their property.

  • Handling questions and queries from tenants and directing them to the relevant tenancy worker

  • Making outbound calls to book visits with tenants who may need inspections for damp and mould issues

  • Book appointments on the outlook system

  • Respond to inbox queries and signposting tenants

  • Carrying out all administrative tasks such as filing, photo copying and updating the system
