Our client, based in West Yorkshire, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary contract for two months.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
*Responsible for taking all inbound calls to the service from clients and customers
*Handling questions and queries and redirecting to the relevant department
*Dealing with numerous teams and departments in respect to messages and meetings
*Recording all calls on the data base
*Managing the reception email account, responding, organising and forwarding
*Liaising with external bodies and greeting guests on reception
*Carrying out all administrative tasks such as filing, photo copying and updating the system
*Recent customer service experience
*Social Housing experience is desirable
