Our client, a Housing Association based in Yorkshire, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable up to £15.00 per hour via an umbrella company.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Being the front facing member of staff for tenants, whilst manning reception

• Replying to inbox and signalling tenants

• Responsible for taking inbound calls to the service from clients and customers dealing with tenant issues, including lettings and ASB

• Managing questions and queries and relaying to the relevant department

• Responding to numerous teams and departments in relation to messages and meetings

• Recording all calls on the data base

• Solving tenants diagnoses repairs over the phone

• Completing all administrative tasks such as filing, photo copying and updating the system

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong customer service background, dealing with a fast-paced environment

• A fast learner who can pick up the details of the role quickly

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
