Job description
Our client, a Housing Association based in Yorkshire, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable up to £15.00 per hour via an umbrella company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Being the front facing member of staff for tenants, whilst manning reception
Replying to inbox and signalling tenants
Responsible for taking inbound calls to the service from clients and customers dealing with tenant issues, including lettings and ASB
Managing questions and queries and relaying to the relevant department
Responding to numerous teams and departments in relation to messages and meetings
Recording all calls on the data base
Solving tenants diagnoses repairs over the phone
Completing all administrative tasks such as filing, photo copying and updating the system
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Strong customer service background, dealing with a fast-paced environment
A fast learner who can pick up the details of the role quickly
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
