Customer Experience Manager

Our client, a social housing provider based in Brixton, is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The annual salary is £38,000.

The ideal candidate will have experience of driving customer engagement projects within a housing/support organisation.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Lead on the development and delivery of customer satisfaction projects designed to improve customer experience
  • Provide key reports to the Director of Housing and Support and the wider Executive Team
  • Drive forward the gathering and cyclical review of customer profile data
  • Maximise customer voice across the business
  • Ensure all customer engagement channels are effective and engaged
  • Design and deliver compliance and quality assurance processes

 

Experience required:

  • CIH and/or customer care qualification and/or quality assurance (level 4)

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Social housing experience
  • Strong experience managing customer care activities

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
