Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a TMO based in East London based in East London, who are recruiting for a Customer Engagement Officer on a temporary 3-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately the hourly rate of pay is negotiable.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer working role within housing.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting in the production of monthly performance indicators

  • Effectively use IT systems to report any repairs raised by customers

  • Provide a professional customer focused services with residents and partner agencies

  • Assisting with processing requests with changes to tenancies

Experience required:

  • Experience required in housing

  • Experience working with customers within housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good phone manner

  • Empathetic outlook to residents

  • Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
