We are currently working with a Health & Social Care provider who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller on a temp to perm basis.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours pw), and will mainly be working from home with occasional requirements to be in the office in Halesowen.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own accounts and handling the end-to-end credit control process.

Daily duties:

• Ensuring all debt is chased effectively and payment made within contractual terms

• Following up on queries so all revenue is secured and paid for within contractual payment terms

• Forecasting monthly cashflow and escalating any issues to management

• Providing support to the billing team to ensure all revenue is billed accurately and on time to maximise cash collection

• Ensuring effective communications to both external customers and with internal departments

• Supporting KPIs for the credit control team and making recommendations

• Dealing with queries via telephone, email and face to face and escalate difficult queries

Experience required:

• Confident in dealing with difficult customers

• Strong Excel and IT skills

Working pattern:

• 37.5 hours pw

• Monday – Friday

• Flexible working hours

• Twice a month attendance in the office
