Job description

We are delighted to be representing a leading Social Housing provider, based nationwide, who are looking to appoint a new Compliance Surveyor on a permanent basis.

 

This will be a full-time position, with fully remote working and a salary of £40,000 - £44,000 dependent on experience.

 

The client is looking for someone who ideally has P405/P402 and have relevant experience.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaise closely with asbestos and FRA survey suppliers, delivery partners and internal colleagues to ensure that quality assurance audits are completed across all “big 6” compliance and delivery programs and non-conformances actioned in defined timescales

  • Review, monitor and report on audit outcomes, identify trends and work with colleagues to support the continual improvement of our compliance management system

  • Raise work orders and manage data input and access to properties across organisation spectrum

  • Ensure that the building/ material is scheduled for re-inspection (dependent on risk) in accordance with the Asbestos Management Plan requirements

  • Work collaboratively with the external FRA supplier and the Head of Fire Safety to ensure that in accordance with the “Fire door inspection process”, flat entrance doors (irrespective of tenure) are subject to an annual inspection

Working hours:

  • 35.5 hours per week

  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
